Our association with and activity in Manufactured Housing spans more than 40 years:
Royal Homes, Inc., established in 1985, is locally owned and family operated by the Green family—Tom, wife Sylvia, son Mark and daughter Carmen.
Tom was one of the founding members of the Washington Mobile Home Dealers Association that eventually evolved into today's Northwest Housing Association. Tom served on the board of directors for more than 25 years and served as president in 1993. Tom retired in 2008 resulting in the closure of the Yakima sales location.
Royal Homes, Inc. Olympia, established in Thurston County and serving Washington State since 1985 is dedicated to retailing and servicing manufactured & modular homes and continues to be operated by Mark Green.
Royal Homes corporate office remains in Yakima.
